Hillstone Links Load banks website		Single phase AC load banks The low power rating load banks are designed to IP23 for engineers with both indoor and outdoor testing requirements. Units are easy to use with small compact sizes and light weight construction.  The range covers from 5kW load bank: HAC240-5, available from £500.
3ph AC load banks		The latest 3 phase AC load banks ratings include 25kW, 30kW, 50kW, 100kW, 200kW, 300kW, 400kW, 500kW, 700kW, 1000KW, 1200kW. Designed for outdoor operation to IP54, with operating voltages: 380V to 660V, 50/60 hz. Specific ratings available upon request including combined AC & DC high powered designs with DC ratings of 190kW automatic constant power and also 3 phase 465kW
DC Load banks		The DC load banks ranges offer solutions to meet the budget and technical requirements of all battery discharge testing.  The low cost HPN range starts at £750 and  The HAV range gives from 12V to 650V multi-voltage, constant current or power testing. The DC load banks are offered from 12V, 24V, 48V, 60V, 110V, 120V, 240V, 440V, 650V, 1000V, and 1200V DC with current ratings up to 2000A

Hillstone AC loadbank range now includes very cost effective solutions to generator and UPS proof-load testing, now with data logging software.

In addition we can now offer PC control and measurement from computers running applications such as LABVIEW, using a serial to CANbus interface with binary controllers.

Discharge testing is the approved method to determine the capacity of a battery as recommended by all battery manufacturers such as Enersys, Exide, C&D Technologies, Hawker, Yuasa, Exide, Hoppecke, Saft and in accordance to BS6290 part 4 / IEC TR 62060.
Other battery testing methods such as impedance or conductance meters cannot be relied on to give true and accurate analysis of a battery capacity reading.
Our load banks have both technical and commercial advantages over other suppliers such as Crestchic, Fromont, Cressell or Cressall, Cannon, Programma, Torkel, Albercorp.
